Download DeepSea.apk, LuminousDots.apk & Galaxy_S_III_Dandelion.apk from here to your computer.
Once downloaded, connect your phone to the computer and place all these three
APK files in your internal memory.

placed, disconnect the phone connected from computer and navigate to the APK
files where you have placed and open the same to install in your Android Phone.
Please note that just in case if it prompts you to select the option of
“Unknown Sources” then you need to select the same.
